If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Here's what you need to know.

What can be returned

• Items in original, unopened packaging
• Products with all original accessories and documentation
• Defective items received in damaged condition (notify us within 48 hours)

What can't be returned

• Opened software, digital downloads, or activated subscriptions
• Personalized or custom-configured items
• Items damaged after delivery

How to start a return

Email info@omega-db.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange pickup and process the refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
